Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the LullabAI mobile application (the "Service") operated by ExeDev Ltd ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By creating an account or by accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

1. User Accounts

Eligibility

To create an account and use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Account Creation & Responsibility

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

Account Security

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans & Automatic Renewal

The Service is offered on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time through your account settings or through the platform where you purchased the subscription (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). You will have access to the Service until the end of your current subscription period.

Payment & Price Changes

A valid payment method is required. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge all Subscription fees to your payment instrument. We may modify Subscription fees at any time, and any change will become effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle. We will provide reasonable prior notice of any fee changes.

3. Refunds and Cooling-Off Period (UK Specific)

Refund Policy

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Statutory Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer based in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your initial subscription purchase within 14 days (the "Cooling-Off Period").

Waiver of Cooling-Off Period

By purchasing a Subscription and accessing our digital content or using the Service immediately, you are requesting to receive the Service immediately and you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel within the 14-day Cooling-Off Period. If you do not agree to this, do not proceed with the purchase.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service and its original content (excluding User-Generated Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ExeDev Ltd and its licensors, protected by copyright and other laws.

User-Generated Content

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information or material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post. By posting Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
To reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the app.
To transmit any "junk mail", "spam," or other similar solicitation.
To impersonate any person or entity.
To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last six (6) months. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [England and Wales / Scotland / Northern Ireland], and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England and Wales / Scotland / Northern Ireland].

9. Changes to Terms
